| Who? This course is for applicants who drive vehicles as part of their job role. This course is not designed for private individuals. |

| Where? On-road (north side of Brisbane from 19 Blyth Rd, Murrumba Downs) |
|
| When? By appointment. |
|
| Start/Finish? By appointment - Length 5 hours. |
|
| Focus: This is an on-road training and assessment program designed to evaluate a driver’s ability to drive safely and correctly in different driving situations which will include a variety of speed zones. Suggestions of improvement will be made after an initial assessment, practice will follow to build on those suggestions, then re-assessment will occur. The results will be measured against the initial assessment. |

| Driving activities are non-threatening, low level activities that can be completed by beginner or experienced drivers. No high-speed driving activities are included. |

| Where: on road and in the classroom. Not at a race track. |

| Recognition: A Certificate of Attendance is issued on completion of program. |
|
| Vehicles: supplied by driver / company, participants must be licensed and supply own vehicle and sign an indemnity prior to participating in the practical driving. |

| Conditions: Full payment is required 5 days prior to the training date. 48 hours notice is needed for a full refund. |

| Focus? This training and assessment program designed to evaluate a driver’s ability to drive safely and correctly in different driving situations which will include a variety of speed zones. Driving activities are non-threatening, low level activities that can be completed by beginner or experienced drivers. No high-speed driving activities are included (i.e. over 80km/h). |

- Braking techniques – threshold, pulse and ABS
- Steering techniques and throttle control
- Emergency braking with evasive manoeuvres
- Over and under steer (skid control)
- Hazard recognition and safe negotiation
- Maintaining crash avoidance space

| Vehicles? supplied by driver / company, participants must be licensed and supply own vehicle and sign an indemnity prior to participating in the practical driving. Two drivers may share the same vehicle - normal fees apply to each driver. |
